Doan Thi Noi is a lecturer at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Transport and Communications, Viet Nam. Her research focuses on hydrology, hydraulic modelling, rainfall analysis, geohazard assessment, and applications of GIS and machine learning for disaster risk reduction and transportation infrastructure protection in mountainous regions.
