Dr. Atun Roy Choudhury is an Environmental Engineer with a PhD from BITS Pilani and currently serves as a Senior Consultant at EY. His expertise spans pollution prevention, waste valorization, persistent organic pollutants, air pollution control, water, and sanitation systems. 

He has published over 60 international articles in reputed journals and authored/edited more than 10 books with leading publishers. His expert opinions, articles, interviews, and blogs have been featured in national and international media. He is a speaker at national and international forums, including TEDx. 

He is a recipient of the UGC Gold Medal and is certified as an Environmental Lead Auditor. His patented work in waste valorization has received recognition from the United Nations and the Government of India under the KAPILA scheme.
