This paper proposes a conceptual framework, derived from literature and policy synthesis, detailing core principles, curriculum entry points, key competencies, and action-oriented pedagogies. Its implementation can advance Philippine sustainable development goals by cultivating citizens equipped for responsible, sustainable practices.
